The Atlas DC custom championship title belt is exclusively design and made by our awesome team at ProAmBelts. The DC standards for the features of the plates being a metal DieCast, or custom metal mold. The plates are thicker than our nickle or brass metal plates that are not DC/ die cast. We start with a 4mm metal, and once we press and form the 4mm metal into the mold which then the edges of the metal are formed to curve, or raise the plate up making the belt appear 5-6mm being thick and bulky. The greatest feature of the ProAmBelts DC belts is the thickness but look at the great detail in depth of the design and the 3D look that this technique gives the belt with detail in the design. These are the most popular style of belts because the cost is lower than the nickle/brass and the great depth of detail these belts can hold! The strap is a synthetic leather strap that is amazing with texture and flexibility and will not crack or feel like plastic as our competitors use with their materials.
